Our aim is to provide our valued guests with the highest quality accommodation experience. In line with this goal;
We conduct all our product and service processes with respect to legal regulations and the rule of law and we operate in compliance with National and International Laws as well as other relevant regulations that our organization is obligated to adhere to.
All of our stakeholders are considered our most valuable assets.
The health and safety of our employees, suppliers, and all stakeholders are our top priorities. We provide continuous training to all our employees to enhance health and safety awareness and we constantly review risks. We diligently follow technological developments to reduce risks in line with evolving conditions.
All stakeholders have the freedom of thought and belief without discrimination based on language, religion, race, gender, social class, age, or union membership. Our fundamental principle is to protect human rights.
Our guests are the reason for our existence. We make sure to monitor all guest suggestions and complaints from every source, handle complaints in line with ethical conduct rules and transparently inform our guests, thus turning complaints into opportunities for improvement.
We prioritize our commitment to preserving the natural environment in all our activities, aiming to prevent environmental pollution by using our resources efficiently, reducing waste within the scope of zero waste, ensuring the harmless disposal and recycling of generated waste, mitigating climate change and demonstrating sensitivity to the preservation of biodiversity and ecosystems.
At our hotel, we aim to continuously improve our energy performance by using our energy resources most efficiently.
To provide services in accordance with the principles of food safety, we continuously improve our food safety management system throughout the food chain, prioritizing hygiene conditions.
We are aware of our contribution to the local economy; therefore, we prioritize local suppliers who emphasize product and service quality when making our choices. For sustainable tourism, we make environmentally friendly purchases, consuming less energy, water and generating less waste.
We believe that everyone has a responsibility to protect children. We recognize the utmost importance of child welfare and safeguarding children from all forms of harm and we consider it our fundamental duty to ensure the protection of all children under our care from physical and mental abuse. In light of these principles, our hotels, competing in the national and international market, consistently demonstrate the determination required to remain leaders, continually improve and allocate resources.
When a vacant job position becomes available at our hotel, we first evaluate our existing employees. Eligibility for the role is assessed based on the individual’s educational level, length of service at our hotel, personal and professional development and performance. If we have an employee who is suitable for the position, we offer them a promotion first. For all employees who meet the qualifications required for the position, every door is open.
